When will I get my bag?
Our customers usually receive their bags within 5 to 7 business days. It is standard practice for shippers to leave packages at residential doorsteps. If you require a signature, please make a note in the comments field when placing your order.

With such low prices, what is the quality of the bags?
To be competitive, we lowered our prices close to our cost. Our line of high-quality PV saddlebags have the distinct look of leather. It provides excellent water-proof protection and UV protection so they won't turn white in extreme heat. These bags have a superior look at the lowest prices. Their outstanding quality has resulted in excellent customer satisfaction.

Will the windshield bag fit my bike?
Our bags work for most motorcycle makes. Most of our windshield bags have a single center bracket which is attached to the center mount of most windshields. The hardware is not included as most bikes/windshields come with this hardware or it must be ordered through the motorcycle dealer. The back bracket is shown if you go to the detail of windshield bag and click on the “how does it attach?” button.

How does sissybar bag SB2 fit?
SB2 is made to face front and rest on the passenger seat. It attaches with velcro straps to the sissybar. There are also separate straps attached to the smaller round bag on top for use for smaller trips.

What is the style and quality on the saddlebags?
The saddlebags are the "sling" type. The bags are connected with laces and sling over the bike. They have lacing straps so you can adjust the fit. To determine if the saddlebag will fit your bike, go to the detail of the saddlebag and click on the “will it fit?” button.

How do you determine shipping costs?
Because saddlebags are so large and some bags are heavy, shipping cost can seem high. We price our bags as low as possible so the cost of the bag with shipping is still less than retail.

How do I return my bag?
To return or exchange your bag please follow the instructions on our policies page.

What is your policy on overnight orders?
All overnight orders must have verbal confirmation before being shipped. Once an overnight order is received a call will be made to the phone number provided to confirm the order.

The order is processed the day it is received then shipped the next day. If the order is received after business hours it will be processed the next day and shipped the day after processing is complete.

If the order is received on Friday, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. If more than one item is requested for overnight shipping, the shipping cost may be higher.

If customers need to return their order, overnight shipping will not be refunded.

Often a better option is 2nd Day Air, which offers a lower cost and a quick shipping time. If you would like this, please contact us and we will get a cost for you.

How do you ship to post office boxes?
Customers who provide shipping address with a post office box will have the bag shipped by United States Postal Service. Our customers usually receive their bags within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process international orders.

Do you sell wholesale?
We are not currently set up for wholesale business, but we can sell in bulk. If you would like to buy in bulk, please provide the item numbers and quantities and we will give you a quote. Please contact us for more information.
