Returns
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from BikerBags.com, please return the package to the address on the original invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt. Upon return and receipt of the product(s), BikerBags.com will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Package the bag you're returning in its original box (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation email. Please note whether you would like a return or an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the item number of the product you are interested in.
Please contact us with your name, order number, shipper tracking number, and the reason for your return so we can quickly locate your return.
NOTE: BikerBags.com advises that when shipping products back to BikerBags.com, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product(s) was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.

Shipping & Order Information
All items purchased online will ship within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation. Shipping time will vary from three (3) to seven (7) days depending on location; Hawaii and Alaska may take longer for delivery. We are currently only shipping to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for your security. All shipments are fully insured in transit and may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage or tampering. All shipping costs will be added when you place your order. If you would like your order shipped overnight, please contact us for cost and information. All orders shipped within California will be charged a 7.25% sales tax when placing an order.
